At Martellier, we design timeless pieces intended to move with you from work to evening, season after season. We hope you love every purchase, however we understand that returns or exchanges may occasionally be necessary.
By placing an order with Martellier, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the following Returns & Refund Policy.
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition:
- unworn and unwashed
- with all original tags attached
- free from makeup, perfume, marks, or damage
- in original packaging where possible
Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to the sender.
We offer exchanges for eligible items subject to stock availability.
To request an exchange, please contact us at customercare@martellier.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.
If your requested size or item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.
Approved returns may be refunded to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to be processed once your return has been received and approved.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.
Customers may alternatively choose to receive a store credit for eligible returns.
Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are non-transferable.
Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
If you receive an incorrect item or believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customercare@martellier.com.au, including your order number and clear images of the issue.
If deemed faulty, we will offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
All sale items, promotional purchases, and items purchased using discount codes are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund unless faulty.
Orders placed during promotional periods or flash sales may experience slight dispatch delays due to increased order volumes.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional purchases are final sale.
Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
For international orders, Martellier is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or delays incurred during transit.
Orders placed using Afterpay remain subject to this Returns & Refund Policy.
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed through Afterpay, and payment schedules remain the responsibility of the customer until confirmation of refund processing.
Martellier reserves the right to update or modify this Returns & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
